Who am I?

When I was 11 years old, I first found my passion for photography and the process associated with it. I first borrowed my father’s digital camera to start what I thought would’ve just been a hobby, but here I am over a decade later, working towards making a name for myself.

It was in high school when I started to actually pay attention to the fundamentals and apply that to my work. I was given a lot of opportunities to develop my skill as an event photographer for the extracurricular activities I was apart of as well as being in my school’s media team.

Now, coming from a big city in Ontario to the smaller province of Prince Edward Island has been a journey for me. The slower pace has allowed me to focus more on what I want to create and how I can make that a successful career for myself. Taking the photography and videography course at Holland College has helped reignite my passion for this art and given me more confidence to work towards a final goal of becoming a successful portrait photographer.
